Domestic Harmony Resolution provides a safe, supportive space for families to address challenges with care and respect. Whether it’s parenting plans, communication between family members, or decisions around elder care, mediation offers a way forward that values every voice. The process helps reduce conflict, encourage collaboration, and create solutions that bring peace and clarity to the family as a whole.

community resolutions

Providing a supportive space for neighbors, businesses, and committees to address disagreements and find common ground. Mediation helps ease tensions, improve communication, and foster collaboration so that communities can move forward with respect and understanding. Whether resolving disputes between individuals or within groups, the process focuses on creating fair, practical solutions that strengthen relationships and build harmony.

Workplace Reconciliation

Workplace Reconciliation offers a collaborative path to restore peace and balance in professional environments. Mediation provides a safe space for everyone to be heard, share concerns, and create solutions together. The process supports healthier communication, reduces tension, and helps teams move forward with clarity—building a workplace where people feel respected, safe, and more at ease.

About Mal

Hi, I’m Mallory. I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and graduated from Washington College. After years of professional and community-focused work, I discovered a passion for helping people navigate conflict with clarity and respect. I completed the 45-hour basic mediation training and am committed to continued education to deepen my practice.

In addition to my work through Illumination Mediation, I volunteer with my local Community Mediation Center, which offers valuable support to our community—including local middle schools. Through both professional and volunteer experiences, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where every voice is heard and meaningful resolutions can be found.
